✔ Support nervous system regulation & stress relief
✔ Increase energy and emotional stability
✔ Help you feel more grounded and in tune with your body, no matter how you identify

Through intentional breathwork, you’ll learn to work with your cycle rather than against it, fostering greater self-awareness, ease, and flow in your daily life.
Kaorin’s take on inclusion
for this offering:
“I created this course to be all inclusive, I think there are so many womb oriented courses out there that speak to a particular crowd of “womb havers”… but I always felt something didn’t fit completely for me with the way that I connect or sometime disconnect to my menstruation, and if it doesn’t fit for me… (a pretty femme individual), I knew that it would for sure not feel like a space for a lot of people with menstrual cycles.
Also my intention is to never to add inclusion as an afterthought. This series wasn’t created for womb-havers with a token nod to “all who identify as female.” Instead, it was built from the ground up with you in mind… honoring the truth that many people who are not femme also experience menstrual cycles. This offering is not about fitting you into a pre-existing framework but about creating a space that centers your experience from the very beginning.”

Menstruation
Beyond Gender:
Cycles as a Reflection of Nature
For too long, menstruation has been framed solely through the lens of womanhood, reinforcing a narrow, binary understanding of what it means to bleed. But when we step back and view the menstrual cycle as part of the greater web of natural rhythms, we open the door to a more expansive, inclusive way of relating to our bodies.
In ecosomatics, we recognize that our bodies are not separate from the world around us—they are living expressions of the same cycles that shape the earth. The waxing and waning of the moon, the tides shifting between ebb and flow, the seasons unfolding in their steady rhythm—these movements are mirrored in the hormonal shifts of the menstrual cycle. We are not just bodies experiencing a cycle; we are nature cycling.
For queer and gender-expansive people who bleed, this perspective offers a powerful alternative to dominant narratives that equate menstruation with only womanhood. Instead of feeling confined by a gendered framework, we can find belonging in a larger ecological story—one that reminds us that change, transition, and fluidity are inherent aspects of life itself.
Menstruation as Embodied Belonging:
When we connect to our cycles as an extension of earth’s intelligence, we reclaim a sense of deep embodiment that goes beyond cultural constructs. The cycle is not a prescription of what it means to be a “woman,” but a rhythm of transformation—a somatic experience of life moving through us.
For those who feel dissonance between societal expectations and their lived experience of gender, menstruation can become a practice of self-definition rather than imposed identity. The phases of the cycle—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal—offer a language of ebb and flow, initiation and release, fullness and rest that is deeply personal and universally human.
This perspective shifts menstruation from something to be endured or explained, to something that can be felt as part of the larger dance of existence. Just as the trees shed their leaves without questioning their identity, just as the ocean tides move without seeking permission, so too can we allow our cycles to unfold as an intimate conversation with the world around us.

Ecosomatics & Language:
How We Speak About Menstruation Matters
Ecosomatics invites us to speak about menstruation in a way that is both inclusive and earth-connected:
Instead of referring to the cycle solely as a marker of "womanhood," we can describe it as a rhythm of the body, a movement of nature within us.
We can frame cycle awareness as a practice of attuning to life’s ebb and flow, rather than a rigid identity marker.
We can recognize that not all women menstruate, and not all people who menstruate are women, while still honoring the deep somatic wisdom the cycle holds.
By weaving queer embodiment, ecosomatics, and menstrual awareness together, we create space for a more fluid, liberated relationship with our bodies… one that is rooted not in rigid definitions, but in the vast, cyclical intelligence of the natural world.
