Movement is more than just exercise—it’s a language, a way of listening to yourself, a path toward deep embodiment. As a trauma-informed weightlifting coach and somatic practitioner, I weave the wisdom of the nervous system with the power of strength training to help you establish safety in your body. This isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about cultivating a deeper connection between your brain, body, and spirit.
I value the full spectrum of movement—from the meditative to the expressive to the deeply physical. Whether it’s through strength training, intuitive movement, dance, or yogic flow, I encourage my clients to explore how their bodies want to move, rather than forcing them into a mold. Movement has the power to bring forward mental and emotional experiences, and I hold space for that unfolding with deep awareness of the nervous system.
Through movement, we build capacity—not just for strength, but for sensing wellness, wholeness, and self-love. We create space for play, for exploration, for reclaiming the parts of ourselves that we have lost touch with.
